Healthcare United is seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician to join our Dayton, Ohio team. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and leadership opportunities in a collaborative, team-based care model.

You will manage an assigned patient panel, oversee clinical staff, and participate in population health initiatives while delivering high-quality preventive and chronic care. Relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO; board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care-related specialty.
• Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain.
• Primary care experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with complex patient populations preferred.
• Strong communication and team-based care skills.
• Interest in value-based care and population health.
• Full-time employed opportunity with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsabilités

Job Description

Healthcare United is seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician to join an established healthcare organization in Dayton, Ohio. This is a full-time outpatient primary care opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This role is ideal for a Primary Care Physician who enjoys direct patient care, clinical leadership, and working within a team-based care model. The Lead PCP will provide care for an assigned patient panel while helping support clinical staff, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.

Job Description

• Full-time Lead Primary Care Physician opening in Dayton, Ohio
  
• Monday through Friday schedule
