Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring a Daytime Team Member in Frankfort, IL. You will help open the shop, prepare food, serve customers, and ensure a clean, inviting environment. Must be 16+ with a friendly, customer-first mindset and be able to work a 8am–4pm window. Training and opportunities for growth are included.

Eligible for medical/dental/vision and other benefits. Position is part-time with a first (day) shift. Location: 20950 S. La Grange Rd., Frankfort, IL 60423.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take delivery, catering, and pickup orders by phone.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
