Extra Space Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at one or more self-storage locations. You will build customer relationships, guide a structured sales process, and handle customer accounts under supervision.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence while contributing to a strong company culture. You will perform cash handling, process payments, and resolve billing concerns, while driving unit rentals and protecting customer trust.

Competenze

1+ year of customer-facing work experience required.
Sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required (as stated).

Mansioni

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maximize sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
Maintain high cleanliness standards across the site, including office and storage areas.
Address billing, security, auctions, and site usage concerns; resolve customer issues promptly.
Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, process payments, and perform daily deposits.
Represent Extra Space Storage professionally and support team objectives; perform additional duties as assigned.
