Storage Asset Management is seeking a dynamic sales-focused team member to drive storage rentals in our Georgia portfolio. The role combines sales, customer service, and facility operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will convert inquiries, lead tours, maintain a clean, well-presented facility, and participate in local marketing and community events. A High School diploma and valid driver’s license are required; college education a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in management, leasing, retail, or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into immediate storage rentals.
• Provide facility tours to educate customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
• Perform daily facility inspections.
• Implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Engage with local professional associations and community events.
• Mentor assistant managers and support store operations.
• Manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Ability to walk/stand and lift up to 25 lbs.
