Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise to support the Restaurant General Manager by running strong shifts and solving problems independently. You will take ownership, guide team members, and ensure smooth operation throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 80% of shift; background checks on management employees; reliable transportation
