Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking friendly, outgoing Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy, welcoming environment. You will help open the shop, prepare food, and serve customers with a focus on quality and cleanliness.

Compensation starts at $12.75–$13.25 per hour plus digital tips, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, flexible scheduling, and other perks. Shifts 8am–4pm available; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for fast-paced service.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple stations (load, dress, prep, front) as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.).
• Clean tables, counters, floors, and utensils; take out trash.
• Handle cash and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints/issues effectively.
