Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a bustling kitchen; knife skills are a plus.
• Ability to manage common allergens (peanuts, dairy, gluten, etc.).
• Team player with reliable attendance.
• Stand/walk for 3+ hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front).
• Adhere to health and safety standards for food handling.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• Operate the cash register and balance cash.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders by phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
