Potbelly Sandwich Works is seeking friendly, energetic associates to provide fast, high-quality service in a busy environment. Prep and deli experience is a plus, with responsibilities across plating, prep, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and move in a kitchen setting; able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, and other items across stations as directed.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions according to policy.
• Restock prep lines and maintain clean, sanitary work areas.
• Assist with catering and delivery orders when needed.
• Provide friendly service to guests and resolve issues promptly.
