Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Works seeks friendly Team Members for morning and day shifts (8am–4pm) to open the shop, prep food, and serve customers in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure a quality, consistent product in a clean and inviting setting and assist with daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by Shift Leader/Manager.
• Ensure health and safety standards; maintain cleanliness.
• Restock food line and supplies; prepare quality finished products.
• Handle cash with accurate balancing and customer interactions.
• Assist with delivery/catering/pickup orders and resolve issues.
