High Point Residence Quincy is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our nursing team in Quincy, IL. You will provide resident-centered care, monitor needs, administer medications, and support overall well-being in a respectful environment.

This full-time daytime role requires IL licensure, BLS, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team, including every other weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Every other weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident health assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document resident care, progress, and responses to interventions accurately and timely.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare providers and leadership team.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and families regarding health needs and care.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and changes in condition.
• Follow infection prevention, medication management, safety, and resident care protocols.
• Maintain compliance with community policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
