Alhambra is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for AM shift on day shifts, with part-time opportunities. Pay ranges from $23 to $26 per hour based on experience.

The RNA provides restorative nursing care per the resident's care plan under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, daily living activities, documentation, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Formación

• Must hold CNA/RNA certification and state-approved training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Point Click Care and healthcare documentation.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and strength.
• Encourage resident participation in activity and out-of-bed mobility.
• Assist with dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM as directed.
• Record resident weights and report significant changes promptly.
• Assist residents with ADLs and maintain cleanliness and clothing quality.
• Document care provided accurately in charts and records.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment with warmth, respect, and calmness.
