Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care or post-acute settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals).
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and daily routines.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide quality care.
