Covenant Living at the Samarkand in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a full-time RNA-CNA for the AM shift to support restorative care and daily living activities. You will work under Nursing and Therapy, delivering ROM, ambulation assistance, transfers, and restorative dining support as part of level III programs.

Requires a licensed CNA with at least two years of experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to follow written and spoken instructions, write clearly, and collaborate with team

Qualifikationen

• Licensed CNA with two years of CNA experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work in a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide restorative care per policy, including ROM, ambulation and transfers.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document weekly progress notes and daily care; report changes to staff.
• Participate in Restorative Dining Programs and care planning with Therapy/Nursing.
• Attend Care Plan Conferences and support individualized plans of care.
• Identify and report equipment needs and safety concerns to Therapy/Nursing.
