Job summary
The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Part-Time Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our on-site team. You will deliver restorative nursing services to help residents maintain or improve function.
We offer competitive hourly wages, benefits, and opportunities for continuing education. Must-have credentials include CNA certification, Restorative Aide training, and state Nursing Assistant certification; experience with adaptive equipment is essential.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Restorative Aide training course.
- Complete Nursing Assistant certification in the state.
- Proficiency in Adaptive Equipment (walkers, canes, slide boards, communication boards, adaptive eating utensils, etc.).
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment and direct care is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide restorative nursing services to help residents restore, improve, or maintain bodily functions to the highest degree practicable.
- Work in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan under the direction of supervisors to ensure the best possible care.
