Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead our Whiteville, NC location from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on driving excellent guest service, managing drive-thru operations, and upholding our scratch-made menu standards in a daytime, full-time setting.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant leadership roles and a hands-on approach, with a focus on operational excellence and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader with current or recent drive-thru experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with high standards of operational execution.
• Guest advocate who ensures customers leave satisfied and ingredients are handled properly.

Responsabilités

• Open and lead the restaurant Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
• Oversee scratch-made menu items and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
