Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead our Henderson, NC location from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This role focuses on delivering scratch-made menu excellence and a superior guest experience.

The ideal candidate has strong restaurant leadership experience, including drive-thru, and seeks a daytime, on-site leadership position with clear standards and a hands-on management style.

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader with drive-thru experience.
• Ideal candidate may have previously been a GM or AGM who wants to step away from nights and weekends.
• High standards of operational execution.
• A guest advocate- do not let anyone leave unhappy!
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 Lbs. from ground up

Responsibilities

• Open and lead the restaurant Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
• Oversee all scratch-made menu items and ensure quality.
• Ensure guests are served at an exceptionally high level.
