Job summary
The Turning Point LLC in Lawrence Township, NJ seeks a daytime Restaurant Manager to lead a single shift from 7:30am to 3pm, delivering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Relocation opportunities exist within our expanding NJ/PA/DE/FL/VA footprint, with a supportive management team guiding your development.
Experience is welcomed but not required; strong leadership, coaching ability, and clear communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
- Work effectively in partnerships.
- Professional verbal & written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of 1 shift, no double shifts when closing at 3 PM.
- Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.
- Conduct inventory for each period and ensure accurate records.
- Provide transparent financial performance information for bonus-based compensation.
- Implement technology solutions to support operations.
- Coordinate relocation opportunities within operating states.
- Hire and develop top team members, ensuring equity for all.
- Deliver Turning Point guest experiences from start to finish.
