Job summary

The Turning Point LLC in Lawrence Township, NJ seeks a daytime Restaurant Manager to lead a single shift from 7:30am to 3pm, delivering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Relocation opportunities exist within our expanding NJ/PA/DE/FL/VA footprint, with a supportive management team guiding your development.

Experience is welcomed but not required; strong leadership, coaching ability, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift, no double shifts when closing at 3 PM.
• Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct inventory for each period and ensure accurate records.
• Provide transparent financial performance information for bonus-based compensation.
• Implement technology solutions to support operations.
• Coordinate relocation opportunities within operating states.
• Hire and develop top team members, ensuring equity for all.
• Deliver Turning Point guest experiences from start to finish.

• Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3
• No close / open shifts for our managers.
• Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory for each period.
• Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
• Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
• Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
• Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in.

• Available to work on Holidays and Weekends

Compensation Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
