Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift with no open/close demands.
• Coordinate with FOH and BOH teams to execute service.
• Conduct a full inventory for each period.
• Provide transparent financial performance information for incentives.
• Leverage technology to support daily operations.
• Support staff with timely, constructive communication.
• Relocation opportunities within operating states.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top-performing team members.
• Promote equity and provide an inclusive workplace.
• Create an outstanding Turning Point guest experience from start to finish.
