Job summary

Turning Point Restaurants in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a daytime-only restaurant management candidate to lead a single shift and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll balance operations with the guidance of your GM and DM, manage inventory, staffing and daily financials, and pursue growth within a supportive team.

This daytime role offers work-life balance with shifts 7:30am–3:00pm, optional weekend swaps, and a path into management. Compensation ranges from $55k to $65k with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift, no double shifts when closing at 3.
• Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.

Manager Information & Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to):

• Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3
• No close / open shifts for our managers.
• Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory for each period.
• Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
• Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
• Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
• Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in.
• Consistently seek out and hire exceptional team members

• Available to work on Holidays and Weekends

Compensation Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
