Job summary

The Turning Point is seeking an experienced daytime Restaurant Manager to lead a single shift from 7:30am to 3pm and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, coach a front and back of house team, and ensure inventory accuracy with support from your District Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
• Work effectively in partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for one daytime shift.
• Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory for each period.
• Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
• Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
