Turning Point Restaurants in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a daytime-only restaurant management candidate to lead a single shift and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll balance operations with the guidance of your GM and DM, manage inventory, staffing and daily financials, and pursue growth within a supportive team.

This daytime role offers work-life balance with shifts 7:30am–3:00pm, optional weekend swaps, and a path into management. Compensation ranges from $55k to $65k with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
• Work effectively in partnerships.
• Professional verbal & written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift, no double shifts when closing at 3.
• Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct inventory for each period.
• Provide transparency on financial performance for performance-based pay.
• Utilize technology solutions to assist in job duties.
• Relocation opportunities within operating states.
• Hire exceptional team members and ensure inclusion.
• Develop growth opportunities for team members.
• Deliver a superior Turning Point guest experience from start to finish.
