Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience in banking.
• Experience opening and servicing deposit accounts preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account maintenance, and other teller transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with opening and servicing deposit accounts.
• Answer questions regarding accounts, products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Support customers with Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, Zelle, and other electronic services.
• Process cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers, debit card services, and other customer requests.
• Balance teller drawer and maintain accurate records while following established procedures.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering exceptional service.
• Assist the Call Center as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
