Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at the Dade City location. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and document patient progress to the supervising OT.

Educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs is part of the role. The ideal candidate holds an OTA degree, a current COTA license, and NBCOT certification, with that extra year of experience

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OTA program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
