• Requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant and NBCOT certification.
• Current, unencumbered COTA license in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.
• Experience implementing individualized treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Experience documenting patient progress and reporting status changes.
• Ability to educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
