Continuum Therapy Partners in Jasper, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN daytime schedule. The role supports licensed therapists, implements treatment plans, and helps patients progress with adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

You must have an Associate Degree in an OTA program, current Florida COTA license, NBCOT certification, and prior COTA experience is preferred.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered Florida COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of COTA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
