Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Orange Park, FL seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN daytime schedule. You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT, implementing treatment plans and supporting patients with rehabilitation goals.

You should have an Associate Degree in an OT Assistant program and an active COTA license; NBCOT certification is required. Prior experience is preferred, and you will educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Current, unencumbered COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities
