Job summary

Continental Services is seeking a Prep Cook to join Ascena team. You will retrieve, prepare, and store foods per procedures and safety standards, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 2:30PM to close and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities include washing, cutting, portioning, and serving meals; maintaining storage temperatures and cleanliness; and supporting a positive, efficient kitchen environment through teamwork and reliable performance.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: wash, peel, cut, portion, wrap and prep ingredients for service.
• Food Storage: receive/store supplies; monitor temps; prevent spoilage.
• Food Service: engage customers and serve meals with proper portions.
• Teamwork: maintain positive environment; communicate concerns to management.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow policies; clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Other duties: perform additional projects as needed.
