Gibbet Hill is seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our restaurant team. You will prepare and cook ingredients, support with food production, and keep the kitchen clean and organized.

Daytime hours are typically 8am–4pm with shifts on weekdays and weekends. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within The Webber Restaurant Group.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; strong knife skills and teamwork are essential.

• Prior prep cook experience preferred.

• Strong knife skills and efficiency with kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for dishes, including cutting, chopping, and measuring.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare meals and sides on time.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized, with proper labeling and storage.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Minimize and properly dispose of food waste.
