Job summary

LYNX EMS provides private ambulance services to hospitals and other facilities, delivering safe, timely patient transport including discharge services. As a Paramedic, you will lead clinical care, guide EMTs, and ensure protocol compliance during high-demand daytime shifts.

You will deliver advanced life support, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and maintain documentation while coordinating with dispatch and hospital staff to uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide advanced life support (ALS) interventions in accordance with Ohio state protocols and medical direction.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice.
• Lead and support EMT partners to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care.
• Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance and medical equipment.
• Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of patient care reports.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and inspection-ready unit.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospital staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Uphold strict compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
