Job summary

Lynx EMS is seeking a Paramedic to serve as clinical lead during high-volume daytime shifts in Cincinnati, OH. You will provide ALS care, guide EMT partners, and ensure protocol compliance while delivering safe, efficient patient transports.

Responsibilities include thorough patient assessments, medication administration, and maintaining unit readiness. A strong emphasis on professionalism, teamwork, and high-performance care under pressure is required.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally
• Provide advanced life support (ALS) interventions in accordance with Ohio state protocols and medical direction
• Lead EMT partners to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and inspection-ready unit
• Document patient care reports accurately and timely
• Operate equipment safely and maintain ambulance
