Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly smile.
• Check daily orders, set up production schedules, and prioritize special orders.
• Prepare, bake, fry, and maintain department products and freshness.
• Lead bakery clerks, review shelf F r quality, and adjust as needed.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Write department schedule and ensure coverage in the Bakery Manager's absence.
