• Monitor health status and report changes to clinicians with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, activities, incidents and observations.
• Ensure safety and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Advocate for rights and access to community resources.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance disability support and communication skills.
