Job summary

Living Well Disability Services in West Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Weekend Float Direct Support Professional to provide flexible staffing across our program sites. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with weekend shifts.

You will help residents with daily activities, document services, and support meaningful community involvement, while meeting background check and driving requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's prior experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass MN DHS Background Study.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle ownership (we offer paid mileage).
• Comfortable using a computer for documentation, email, and time reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal cares such as eating, brushing teeth, showering, etc.
• Support participation in activities like coffee, walks, movies, or sports.
• Maintain a welcoming home by cleaning and preparing nutritious meals.
• Model positive interactions and support meaningful relationships.
• Document daily services in the electronic documentation system.
