Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Day Porter to maintain clean and orderly common areas in office buildings and commercial properties. You will perform routine cleaning, trash removal, and safety checks to ensure a welcoming environment.

The role requires punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work with building engineers and management. Training is provided; full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual day porter with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and signage.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe doors, walls, and tops.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Restrooms cleaned twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby floors daily.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Remove debris from landscaped areas.
• Sweep building entrances and remove smudges on walls.
• Report lights out to Management.
• Notify management about solicitors.
