CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas in office buildings and other facilities in Arizona. Responsibilities include spot cleaning lobby doors, polishing chrome, vacuuming elevator cabs, and emptying exterior trash—performed on a steady, twice-daily cycle.

The role supports building operations by maintaining floors, restrooms, and entryways while reporting maintenance needs to the Management Office.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Dependability in following instructions and completing tasks on time.
• Safety awareness and proper use of equipment are required.

Responsabilités

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Clean restrooms and empty exterior trash receptacles.
• Sweep stairwells and clean entrances; report lighting issues to Management.
