CCS Facility Services in Tempe, AZ is seeking a part-time Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of common areas in office buildings. Schedule includes Monday–Friday 5:00 am–6:30 am and Saturday 5:00 am–7:00 am.

Qualificações

• Punctual and reliable for early-morning shifts.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Team player who supports building operations.

Responsabilidades

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles and check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby and sweep stairwells as needed.
• Sweep building entrances and remove debris from landscaped areas.
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons.
• Assist building Engineer daily as needed.
