Job summary

HomeGrown is Rogers' daytime eatery, seeking a Dishwasher (Kitchen Team Member) to keep dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glasses clean and ready for service. This fast-paced role supports all restaurant areas and helps maintain total cleanliness and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written
• Fast, safe, efficient, and accurate for long shifts
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to help with maintenance and other stations as needed
• Capable of using knives and other food prep equipment

Responsibilities

• Scrap, scrub, wash, and sanitize pots, pans, dishes, utensils to keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Complete prep work and set up workstation following recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area before, during, and after shift
• Assist with deliveries and line duties as needed
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
