HomeGrown is a daytime eatery seeking a diligent dishwasher to support all areas of the restaurant and maintain total cleanliness. You will help keep dishes, pots, pans, and utensils clean to ensure smooth service and high quality food preparation.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work fast, safe, efficient, and accurately for periods of up to 10 hours per day.
• Extreme Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Scrap, scrub, spray, wash, sanitize all pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. to ensure smooth operation.
• Complete all assigned prep work, following recipes exactly as written.
• Set up workstation.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
