HomeGrown is Rogers' daytime eatery focusing on kindness and community. This Dish Washer (Kitchen Team Member) role keeps dishes, pots, and utensils spotless to support a fast-paced kitchen that serves breakfast and brunch and finishes by 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Work fast, safe, efficient, and accurately for periods of up to 10 hours per day.
• Extreme Attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently and communicate effectively in a high stress, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrap, scrub, wash, sanitize all pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils.
• Complete all assigned prep work, following recipes exactly as written.
• Set up workstation.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
• Aid with putting away deliveries.
