Job summary

Swig is hiring Daytime Team Members in Orlando to craft drinks and foods, greet guests with a smile, and keep dining areas spotless. You’ll follow procedures, assist with to-go orders, and help deliver a fast, friendly experience that makes customers feel at home.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn. A food handler’s permit is preferred, and previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to keep operations efficient.
• Help with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Follow all company policies and uphold Swig’s standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
