Job summary

Swig is seeking daytime team members in Las Vegas to help deliver fast, friendly service in a fun, fast-paced environment. You’ll greet guests, craft drinks and food to Swig standards, keep spaces clean, handle prep and stocking, and support delivery orders while smiling.

If you enjoy teamwork, have a positive attitude, and are at least 16 with a food handler permit, this role offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and earnings of $12 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Daytime availability: 7am–3pm on weekdays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Food handler's permit and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless — from wiping tables to deep cleaning as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhance their experience.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
