Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food following Swig procedures.
• Greet customers with a smile and communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless; wipe tables and deep clean as needed.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized and efficient.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation and hygiene standards; follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and help customers discover new favorites.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as needed.
