Job summary

Little Caesars in Spring Lake, NC is looking for a Crew Member to join the restaurant team. You will work productively with others to take and prepare customer orders while following established procedures.

You will be proficient at each Pizza Pride Production System station and be able to switch between stations as needed, under the direction of the restaurant management and training materials. This role may involve additional tasks as business needs change, with the owner and designee

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work across multiple Production System stations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and prepare orders at Production System stations.

Crew Member

The Crew Memberworks productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job responsibilities in such a way that all the products they make are of high quality and customers they serve are satisfied.

The Crew Member receives direction from the restaurant management team and Little Caesars training materials to effectively perform their job. Crew Members will practice the established procedures and use the proper tools associated with taking and preparing customer orders. All Crew Members must be proficient at each of the Pizza Pride Production System stations and be able to work at different stations at any given time.
