Job summary

Colorado Village Collaborative is seeking a Site Coordinator (Days) in Denver to support MC operations and programming. The role involves safeguarding a healing environment, coordinating intake, and staffing daily wellness and safety tasks on-site.

You will work closely with the MC Manager and Assistants, participating in community events, data collection, and crisis response while ensuring smooth operations and community accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Homeless shelter operations experience is preferred.
• At least one year of being successfully housed is preferred.
• Experience in operating computerized office equipment and telephones.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Cell phone to download and access CVC applications is required.

Responsibilities

• The Site Coordinator will support MC operations, programming and site management to ensure a safe, stable, healing, and supportive environment for community members and staff.
• Coordinate intake, HMIS data entry, and use agreement processes with community members.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policies; manage daily activities and logs.
• Assist with MC programming, community dinners, volunteers, and external partners.
• Handle conflict management and crisis response in partnership with the Site Manager and Program Manager.
