Job summary

Colorado Village Collaborative is seeking a Site Assistant (Days) in Denver to support the Site Manager and MC Coordinators in maintaining a safe, healing Micro-Community environment. You will help with on-site operations, programming, and crisis-response activities.

The role requires 30–40 hours per week on-site, with shifts from 10 am to 8 pm. Compensation is $22.06/hour plus generous benefits including health/dental/vision premiums, 401k matching, paid time off, and a cell phone stipend.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Homeless shelter operations experience preferred
• At least one year of being successfully housed is preferred
• Experience operating computerized office equipment and telephones
• Reliable transportation is preferred
• Cell phone to download and access CVC applications is required

Responsibilities

• Support MC operations to maintain a safe, stable, healing environment for community members, staff, volunteers, and the broader community.
• Assist Site Coordinators with community member compliance and outreach.
• Perform site upkeep, cleanliness, safety, and accountability of the space.
• Support MC programming and coordinate community dinners and set up.
• Document daily activities and track incidents, notifications, and follow-up plans.
• Assist with data collection, logs, and reporting for site metrics.
