Job summary

Colorado Village Collaborative is seeking a Site Coordinator (Days) in Denver to support the Micro-Community operations and programming. The role reports to the Site Manager and involves on-site duties, community engagement, and daily wellness tasks.

The position emphasizes trauma-informed, compassionate interaction with community members, plus coordination with partners to provide meals, resources, and safe spaces. 40-hour weeks, on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Homeless shelter operations experience preferred.
• At least one year of being successfully housed preferred.
• Experience operating computerized office equipment and telephones.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Cell phone to download and access CVC applications required.

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with MC Manager and MC Assistants to ensure MC space is safe, stable, healing and supportive.
• Support MC Manager in leadership of Micro-Community operations and programming.
• Maintain daily operations including intake, policy overview, and HMIS data entry.
• Record daily wellness screenings and log activities.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and accountability of the site.
• Coordinate with volunteers and external partners for meals and events.
• Provide trauma-informed interactions and distribute information to community members.
