Can Can Brasserie, part of the HOUSEpitality Family, seeks a daytime cleaning specialist in Richmond, VA. You will keep dining rooms, bar areas, and restrooms spotless before and during service, contributing to a welcoming guest space.

Applicants should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working independently with attention to detail. A consistent daytime schedule and room for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Daytime availability; evenings and late nights are not part of this role.

Responsabilités

• Deep clean the dining rooms, bar, and restrooms before service each morning.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down tables, chairs, booths, and fixtures.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and brass throughout the restaurant.
• Keep restrooms stocked, clean, and checked throughout the day.
• Take out trash and recycling and keep exterior areas tidy.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and use cleaning products correctly.

The Role

This is a dedicated daytime cleaning position, not a dishwasher role. You'll be responsible for keeping the dining rooms, bar, restrooms, and back-of-house areas clean and ready for service each day. You'll work daytime hours, mostly before and during lunch, with a clear routine and the support of a team that notices and appreciates the work.

Your Responsibilities

• Deep clean the dining rooms, bar, and restrooms before service each morning
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down tables, chairs, booths, and fixtures
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and brass throughout the restaurant
• Keep restrooms stocked, clean, and checked throughout the day
• Take out trash and recycling and keep exterior areas and entryways tidy
• Keep cleaning supplies organized and let a manager know when stock is low
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and use cleaning products correctly
