Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises cooks and hourly kitchen staff, including scheduling, payroll and training.
• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and production schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Manages inventory, receives and inspects products and supplies.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation and assists with menu development.
