Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates kitchen, food production and service associates.
• Supervises cooks and hourly kitchen staff; interviews, schedules, payroll and training.
• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes; ensures presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Tracks food use, inventory and requisitions; maintains equipment sanitation.
